The old home is in Glendora , Ca. Built in 1986 and the new home in in Running Springs , Ca. in the mountains and was built in 1924. Its a classic mountain retreat but has been upgraged with electrical , plumbing , new kitchen cabinets and tops . Central heating , but the new place will keep its charm with the new ( old ) claw footed bath tubs , Front porch is screened and glassed in as they were back then . It runs the whole front of the house . But I will have to get used to the old style double garrage doors . Four of them .

Now You all must forgive me if you don't get your protos approved quickly . Its hard to do when going between two houses . We sleep at the one that is sold and go to the new one each day to paint , finish the old oak flooring after ripping out the carpet that the old owners installed over 1" solid wood floorind . Plus I am having to cleal the flagstone kitchen and dining room floor . And all of that is just what we are doing . We still will have a new custom front door made and installed . Will post photos at RB when we are done .
